YouExpats is an online directory that connects people living in or moving to Spain with local, English-friendly businesses and services across multiple regions. Access to the directory is free.

By using the Service you agree to use it lawfully and not to: submit false, misleading or unlawful content; infringe third-party rights; or attempt to disrupt the security or normal operation of the website. Business listings submitted by users are reviewed before publication, but you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide.

4. Listings and third-party content

Listings describe third-party businesses. YouExpats does not guarantee the quality, availability or suitability of any listed business and is not a party to any agreement you may enter into with them. Any dealings are solely between you and the business.

5. Intellectual property

The design, brand, texts and structure of the site are owned by the owner identified above or used under licence. City photographs are sourced from free libraries (Wikimedia Commons / Unsplash) under their respective licences. You may not reproduce or exploit the site’s content without authorisation.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not warrant the absence of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law
